Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Woezor Travel & Tours' services.

Enquiries & quotes: every trip is quoted to your dates, hotels and group size; prices are confirmed in writing before booking.

Bookings & payments: a booking is confirmed once the required deposit is received. Balance due dates are shown on your invoice.

Cancellations & changes: cancellation and amendment fees follow the policies of the airlines, hotels and suppliers involved, plus any Woezor service fee, advised at the time of booking.

Travel documents: you are responsible for valid passports, visas and travel insurance; we assist wherever we can.

Liability: Woezor acts as an intermediary between you and travel providers and is not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by third parties or events beyond our control.
